  • Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Paprika – ½ teaspoon
  • Dried basis – ½ teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – ½ teaspoon

Instructions for making the smoked duck breast
